Helplink is a local charity which began life 22 years ago in Heswall as a good neighbour scheme. Due to serious cuts in funding we are now having to increase our fundraising activity.
We know our clients are only a fraction of those who need our help. We are desperately keen to ensure our services can not only continue but also grow.
